Onions, Carrots,Broccoli, Rice, (Quick cooking grain) Cous Cous, Vinegar, Tamari, Olive oil, Tofu
In a pinch these items can add to, or create, a healthy meal!
Excellent with brown rice!
broccoli and chickpeas
Prep:
- Saute half a chopped onion
- Add a cup of broccoli florets
1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
- Season with tamari and lemon to taste
Thicken liquid (flour and cold water)
Excellent with brown rice!
