In a pinch these items can add to, or create, a healthy meal!
Mashed Carrot and Parsnips
Roll-cut 2 med. carrots.
- Roll-cut 1 med. parsnip.
cover carrots with garlic/salted water and boil 5 min.
Then drain the water and mash till still lumpy.
This is a very pretty dish ans delicious too! Serve with a grain and lentil salad
