(Quick cooking grain) Cous Cous

In a pinch these items can add to, or create, a healthy meal!
Blackeyed Pea salad
1 can of blackeyed pea's around 16 oz.
1 Tbsp. minced red onion
2 Tbsp. ground cilantro
A splash or two of balsamic vinegar (to taste)
A bit of powdered garlic (to taste)
Mix it together with lots of love and kindness:)
