(Quick cooking grain) Cous Cous
Vinegar
Tamari
Olive oil
Tofu
In a pinch these items can add to, or create, a healthy meal!
Tofu Zita(About 4 servings)
Blanch about 16 oz of soft tofu and press the water out.
Boil the Zita noodles (like any pasta).
Mix the tofu with two tbsp. of crushed garlic, some basal and thyme.
Fry with olive oil and mix with the noodles
You can use tomato sauce for a topping.
Optional toppings:chopped egg, oregano, etc..
