Things to always have on hand.
Onions
Carrots
Broccoli
Rice
(Quick cooking grain) Cous Cous
Vinegar
Tamari
Olive oil
Tofu
In a pinch these items can add to, or create, a healthy meal!
Tofu fried rice (2-4 servings)
8 to 10 oz. of firm tofu- blanched and pressed
One16 oz. bag of stir-fry style vegetables (or if you have time stir-fry your own)
fry the crumbled tofu in two tablespoons olive oil.
toss in the vegies
add Tamari sauce (to taste)
A bit of powdered garlic (to taste)
Don't forget the cup of kindness (a lot)
